Miss Helen Newton 2010-01-20	Sawasdee Bangkok Inn, Khaosan Road area, Banglampoo Centrally located and even though its off khoa san rd its really quiet. The rooms were a reasonable size but did need a lick of paint.Clean though which is more important to most people. Air con good, Staff were helpful and good breakfast.	easy to book with

My room was not cleaned for 4 days, tv not working, thousands of insects enveloped the wall s of bathroom when i showerd and untold amount of rattling old Air-Con machines made for an awful stay I left after 4 nights having booked 9 nights I was going to complain but staff seemed completly comfortable with guests leaving early.	good and quick

Location is perfect, just nice at the happening street(Khaosan Rd). Overall 8/10	Satisfied with the service counter. Helpful staff stand at the counter.

If you want somewhere just to stay and don t care what it s like then this place is good. Price was ok - could have been cheeper, I wouldn t have payed the same price to stay in the same place in New Zealand without feeling ripped off - so it can t have been a good deal in Bangkok. You have to walk down an ally past large open piles of rubish to get to the hotel.	Booking was ok. Though you had to pay whole amount up front and werent able to change your booking if you wanted to change your plans.
