Dhiren Shah 2008-12-28	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Fantastic Hotel, Nice and Clean Rooms, Great Value for Money. The Staff was extremely pleasant and caring. Would surely stay here again. Only thing that i missed was inhouse entertainment. The Hotel lacks in that regard.	Great and Extremely Reliable. Have used it earlier also and have never facced any issues.
James 2008-11-13	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Gran President looks nice and has a good managemant and staff on the floor but the OWNERS needs work on alot of things: I waited 30 minutes for my key and a friend waited over an hour.(1) We were there at least 10 minutes before a tour group came in and they still got rooms before us. Our rooms were also pre-paid two weeks before our arrival...(2) Some lighting and entertainment in the rooms did not work, (ie DVD and lights). (3) After staff made me switch rooms, I missed an important appointment because the staff told my party I had checked out. (4) No hot water in the room certain times of the day. For sure, I will not stay there again and will recommend other hotels to anyone visiting Bangkok...	Sawadee is the best as usual...
Itamar Huli 2008-10-29	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 When you book at the site please ask for 1st Tower. i got a room in the old 3rd tower. not nice at all. internet wasn t free at the lobby. the hotel very close to Nana station (sky train) so it s very quick and comfortable.	Quick response... nice people

I stayed 4 nights over the course of a month-long holiday in Thailand and the rooms (opal studios in tower 3) were all clean and fresh. I did not try the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful with good English language skills. The concierge was extremely efficient at arranging transportation for me on several occasions. Hotel is an easy walk to Sukhumvit road and the Nana BTS. My only gripe is that I was never able to make the free in-room ethernet work with my Mac powerbook, but that may have been my fault. I highly recommend The Grand President and will stay there again next time.	Very good. I ve used Sawadee.com for all my hotel bookings in thailand over the last several years. Never a problem and always low prices and good service. I highly recommend Sawadee.com.
Leonard DeMoss 2008-10-06	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 I liked staying here, I really did. Room was nice, clean, had small kitchenette and friendly staff. Only thing I didn t like was that the taxi service right outside the hotel was deemed the Bangkok Taxi Mafia as they refused to go anywhere on the meter and their rates were grossly over charged. I d tell them no, I wanted meter but didn t do any good, so I d walk to the corner and get a metered taxi with no problem. But I d definitely stay here again. Gym was ok..so so..but I could get in workout.	Little slow response this time...unusual.

Andrew Titley 2008-07-25 until 2008-07-27	Grand President Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Hotel was very clean, nice and had friendly service. Location is perfectly situated in the middle of Bangkok - right on Sukhumvit. It is a bit down the road so the traffic is much better. Was expecting there to be a lot of seedy activity in the vicinity and in the hotel but there was none! Very near the Nana skytrain. Would (and will in a few weeks) stay there again.	FAST, QUICK and DELIVERED with the rates they offered. Been to other websites with cheap offers but each were either sold out or not available anymore. Always recommend this service!
